Today, May 14th, we had the honour of welcoming our colleagues from CIEU (Consorcio Infraestructura Educativa del Uruguay) to visit our headquarters in Herencia, Ciudad Real.

CIEU, formed by BTD and Tecnove, was born with the objective of carrying out the Educational PPP3 contract in Uruguay whose scope was the design, construction and maintenance of public educational infrastructure. This project involves the executive design, financing, construction and operation of 27 CAIF centres and 15 schools through public-private participation in Uruguay.

As part of this project, one of the 27 CAIF centres has already opened, the Child and Family Care Centre in Playa Pascual, San José, which will accommodate 108 children up to 4 years of age, offering care in two shifts and with the dedication of 12 educators.

CIEU, after the signing of the BTD agreement with us in September 2021, visited us for the first time, with the aim of getting to know our daily operations and the projects we are currently developing. The day began with a reception at the headquarters, during the welcome meeting we discussed the joint project and possible future initiatives together. We presented the corporate video of Tecnove Business Group, and continued with a presentation on the Tecnove CSC area by our sales representative Rubén Corral.  The session was amazing as it created a space to share ideas, knowledge and opportunities to grow together in the future.

During the visit, they were able to discover in first person, the diversity of skills and capabilities of Tecnove Business Group in all its business lines, which will undoubtedly be very satisfying to be able to provide more services and products in Uruguay.
